Teacher Effectiveness Enhancement Programme

Teacher Effectiveness Enhancement Programme

We are currently monitoring the staff’s use of TEEP in lessons. We have specific training for staff, and activity that encourages student engagement is a priority. Mr Fleischer was really engaged in his Maths lesson this week! Numeracy Ninjas are a big hit!

The Teacher Effectiveness Enhancement Programme (TEEP), set up in 2002, is a model of effective teaching and learning drawn from research and best practice. Run by the SSAT (the schools, students and teachers network), the programme is now delivered to hundreds of schools across the country, and continues to support schools to improve their teaching and learning. For schools and teachers interested in finding out more about the TEEP programme, please visit the SSAT website, as this website is designed primarily for those who have already undertaken TEEP training.
